the Carter County Shrine Club Bluegrass Festival these last 19 years. Thank you,Thank you,Thank you, I cannot begin to express my gratitude to you for all you have done for the Festival! We have had a lot of fun times,great success,and truly wonderful memories thanks to you,friends and fans!The years have gone by much to fast. Sadly, we have lost some devoted friends and fans over the years and there are many still with us who are unable to attend the festival due to sickness. Let’s not forget about them as we come together to celebrate 20 years of Bluegrass Music. We have tried our best to make this festival one of the very best bluegrass festivals it can be for you, the fans! I hope you continue to support and attend the Carter County Shrine Club Bluegrass Festival for the next 20 years! Thanks again.
